What are the Accredited Investor guidelines?

FOR U.S. Residents:

An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person, includes anyone who:

  • earned income that exceeded $200,000 (or $300,000 together with a spouse or spousal equivalent) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year, OR
  • has a net worth over $1 million, either alone or together with a spouse or spousal equivalent (excluding the value of the person’s primary residence), OR
  • holds in good standing a Series 7, 65 or 82 Securities License

For Canadian Residents:

An accredited investor, in the context of a natural person, includes anyone who:

  • An individual, alone or with a spouse, who has net assets of more than $5 million
  • An individual who has a before tax income of over $200,000 for at least two years in a row ($300,000 if combining income with a spouse) and expects to exceed that income the current calendar year
  • A person registered in Canada, under securities legislation, as a dealer or an adviser
  • Many types of investment funds distributing funds to, or advised by, accredited investors
Is there an minimum/maximum amount I can invest?

In accordance with applicable regulations, the following individual investor limits apply:

  • Minimum Investment = $25,000 USD
  • Maximum Investment = $250,000 USD
Where will the ASIC miners be located?

The ASIC miners dedicated to the QDMINE token holders, will be hosted in Sumter County, Georgia by our affiliate mining company, QDI (USA) Inc.

Can I trade my QDMINE tokens?

In adherence with security regulations, the QDMINE token is subject to a 12 month lockup period, and then will be available to trade on Peer to Peer exchanges.

How will I receive my annual profit distribution?

At the end of each fiscal year, profit distributions will be distributed to token holders in BTC, directly to their wallet
